• Verified retailers may apply for tax-exempt purchasing by submitting a valid reseller's certificate or resale/seller's permit through their account.
• You represent and warrant that any certificate or permit you submit is valid, current, accurate, and lawfully applicable to your purchases, and that the products are purchased for resale or another exempt purpose.
• You are responsible for keeping your exemption documentation current and for notifying us if it expires or is revoked.
• We reserve the right to verify exemption documents, to apply or decline exempt status at our discretion, and to charge applicable tax where exemption cannot be verified.
• You agree to indemnify us for any taxes, penalties, interest, or other liabilities arising from an invalid, expired, or improperly claimed exemption.

8. Shipping and Delivery
